摘要 为获得蝉拟青霉酯酶酶活较高的菌株及其高产量的蝉拟青霉酯酶,对8株蝉拟青霉胞内酯酶进行活力测定,从中筛选出酶活力高的菌株为GZDXIFR4611,并对其进行产酶条件的研究。结果表明,GZDXIFR4611产酯酶的最佳液体发酵培养基组成为可溶性淀粉10g/L,酵母膏7.5g/L,K2HPO40.35g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.35g/L。酯酶在48h产量最高,酯酶的最适反应温度为40℃,最适pH为6.5,最适反应时间为40min,在25℃条件下半衰期约为58h,在40℃时稳定性最高。 To obtain P.cicadaes strains with high enzyme activity and high-yield P.cicadaes esterase,the activity of esterase enzyme from eight P.cicadaes strains was determined,and a strain with high enzyme activity named GZDXIFR4611,was screened.Meanwhile,the esterase enzyme-producing conditions were studied.The results showed that the components of the optimum liquid fermentation medium for esterase enzyme-producing strain GZDXIFR4611 were soluble starch 10 g/L,yeast extract paste 7.5 g/L,K2HPO4 0.35 g/L,and MgSO4 · 7H2O 0.35 g/L.Esterase yield reached the highest in 48 hours and the most suitable esterase reaction conditions included temperature 40℃,pH 6.5,reaction time 40 minutes,25℃half-life period 58 hours,the stability reached the highest at 40℃.
