摘要
为了解溶磷菌对扁穗雀麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,进行了4种溶磷菌株对扁穗雀麦发芽和幼苗生长的试验。结果表明:改动的LB培养基有抑制种子萌发的作用,不同菌株的发芽高峰期比清水对照推迟1~2d,发芽势较弱,但最终发芽率无差异,菌株在PKO生长液处理的发芽指数和幼苗高度都优于对照。结论:4个溶磷菌株对作物的生长均表现出一定的促进作用,较好的溶磷菌种是Br7、Br24和Br17。
For the purpose of exploring the effects of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria on seed germination and seedling growth of B. catharticus, the effects of four B. catharticus strains were studied. The results showed that the improved LB culture inhibited the seed germination of B. catharticus. Compared with CK, the germination fastigium of different bacterial strains were delayed 1 ~2 days, the germination potential of different bacterial strains were weak. There were little differences in the germination rate of all treatments. The germination index and seedling height of the bacterial strains which in PKO growth-promoting media were superior to the control. The phosphate-solubilizing bacterias which had better overall performance were BrT, Br24 and Br17.
