摘要 农业科技是确保国家粮食安全的基础支撑,是突破资源环境约束的必然选择,是加快农业可持续发展的决定力量,农业的竞争实质上是农业科技的竞争。为了解山东省农业科技竞争力的优势和不足,在构建农业科技竞争力综合评价指标体系的基础上,以改进TOPSIS方法和SPSS统计软件为分析工具,对山东省农业科技的综合竞争能力、单项能力和主要指标进行了省际间综合分析。结果表明:山东省农业科技竞争力在全国处于领先地位,但有些指标距离全国平均水平仍然有一定差距。同时针对存在的问题提出了提升山东省农业科技竞争力的建议。 Agricultural science and technology is the foundation to ensure national food security, the inevitable choice to break through the constraints of resources and environment, and the decisive force to accelerate the sustainable development of agriculture. The essence of agricultural competition is the competition of agricultural science and technology. Based on constructing the index system of agricultural science and technology competitiveness, using the improved TOPSIS method and the SPSS statistics software as analysis tool, the author respectively analyzed comprehensive competitive capacity, individual ability and the main indicators of agricultural science and technology in Shandong Province to explore the advantages and "short board" of agricultural science and technology competitiveness. The results showed that Shandong agricultural science and technology competitiveness took the leading position in the nationwide. Nevertheless, some indexes were still below the national average in certain degree. Finally several suggestions were proposed to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural science and technology in Shandong Province.
