摘要
踏板车连接发动机和车架是靠吊挂支架,吊挂支架直接影响着整车振动。通过有限元分析,对2种不同吊挂系统在相同车架和发动机工况下进行了动态特性研究和受迫响应分析,经过道路试验验证,改进吊挂系统的车架可以改善整车振动性能,能够提供整车舒适性能,这与之后进行的实际道路试验结论是一致的,解决了某踏板车振动问题。
The hanging bracket has direct impact on the vibration performance of the moped. This paper introduces the dynamic performance and forced response of two different hanging systems on the same moped frame and engine working condition. The testing result shows that the frame with better hanging system can improve the vibration performance of moped and offer high comfortability.
