摘要 介绍了气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备铝制筒体发生严重变形的原因及分析过程。通过对筒体进行包装、运输、吊装时的工况及力学分析,建立数学模型,利用有限元分析软件SolidWorks分析计算,并利用现场试验验证分析结果,得到了造成筒体变形的真正原因。 Introduction was made to causes and analysis processes of serious aluminum cylinder deformation of gas insulated met- al-enclosed switchgear. The mathematic model was built by analyzing the working condition and mechanics at the time of packing, transporting and lifting-off cylinder. The finite element analysis software SolidWorks was used to carry out analysis and calculation. At last the verification analysis results of site tests show the real causes of cylinder deformation.
