钦州市市售蔬菜农药残留现状分析
摘要
采用速测法对钦州市2009~2012年4a间市售的蔬菜进行有机磷和氨基甲酸酯农药残留进行监测。主要抽样检测叶菜类、瓜果类、豆类、根茎类4大类蔬菜共26791份样品,结果表明:钦州市市售蔬菜农药残留的质量安全状况总体良好,各类蔬菜的农药残留合格率均在97%以上,可安全食用。
