摘要
活性MDEA水溶液以其卓越的节能特性被广泛地用来脱除工业气流中高含量的CO2,尤其是高含量的CO2的天然气脱碳。本文介绍一例以化学分析实测各关键点活性MDEA水溶液中的酸气负荷[kmol CO2/(MDEA+P)],结合工艺计算来确定装置的实际处理能力,以供参考。
Active MDEA aqueous solution with its superior characteristic on the energy saving is extensively used for bulk CO2 removal from the higher CO2 content industrial gas stream. A procedure is suggested to combine process calculation with acid gas load, which is measured by chemical analysis in active MDEA solution at some key points. It provides a reference for deter- mination of the working capacity of the plant.
