摘要
为了研究强碱阴离子交换树脂受热产生溶出物的情况,以电导率增量作为受热溶出物的表征指标,介绍试验的材料和方法,分析树脂浸泡液电导率变化曲线,得出阴树脂受热溶出物的增量随受热时间先快后慢直到平稳,温度越高新树脂初期所释放的溶出物越多的结论,并提出树脂使用及树脂耐热性能评价等方面的建议。
This paper discusses the leachables from heated an- ion exchange resin. By heat experiment, the immersion con- ductivity was measured before and after heat as an indicator of ionic leachables. Introduces the materials and methods of test, analysis the conductivity curve of resin soak liquid.With heating time increasing, the quantity of leachables increases quickly at first and then slows down, and at last it becomes stable.At the beginning, the higher the temperature is, resin release the leachables of the more. Proposes suggestions for resin using and resin heat-resistant performance evaluation.
