In view of difficult backout of high voltage trans- mission lightning rod for shielding failure prevention, this pa- per proposes development lightning rod for shielding failure prevention cutting machine, analyzes the structure, electric setting project, and principles, illustrates the application re- sults in simulation line and real line, and advances the atten- tions during application.
