水平井分段压裂可开关滑套的研制与应用

Development and application of switchable sliding sleeve for staged fracturing in horizontal well

针对常规的水平井裸眼封隔器分段压裂管柱不能实现油管全通径,制约后期储层再改造、卡堵水以及单段测试的问题,研发了水平井分段压裂可开关滑套和相应的配套工具。该滑套由投球双层压裂滑套、内球座打捞工具和外滑套开关工具等组成,通过与悬挂封隔器、裸眼封隔器、坐封球座、筛管引鞋及低密度球配合使用,可以根据地质情况及分段压裂的段数进行调整,可实现压裂后油管全通径,不影响后期措施及测试作业。红河油田2口井的现场应用表明,水平井分段压裂开关滑套结构简单、操作方便,很好地解决了多层段压裂、压裂后管内有阻碍影响后续生产等问题。

Switchable sliding sleeve and matching tools were developed for staged fracturing aiming at the problem of tubing drift diameter in horizontal well with external packer,which may restrict subsequent reservoir stimulation,water plugging and single segment test.The sliding sleeve is composed of ball-injection double sliding sleeve,inner ball seat fishing tool and outer sliding sleeve switching tool,which are used by matching with hook wall packer,external packer,setting ball seat,screen pipe shoe or low density ball,can be adjusted according to geological conditions and the number of staged fracturing zones,thus realizing tubing drift diameter after fracturing and not affecting subsequent stimulation and testing operations.Field application in 2 wells in Honghe oilfield has demonstrated that the switchable sliding sleeve is simple in structure and easy to operate,has solved problems such as multilayer fracturing,and subsequent production affected by obstacles in tubing string.
