摘要 针对靖边气田高压气井、低压弱喷产水气井的站场工艺特点,借鉴天然气连续循环理论,本着流程改造简单、实用的原则,设计了适合于靖边气田的井间互联气举工艺流程和试验参数。按照气举气量为0.3×104、0.5×104、1.0×104、1.2×104m3/d 4个制度进行试验,摸索合理气举参数,验证工艺可行性。试验结果表明工艺设计可行,气举气量为1.0×104m3/d时效果最好,摩阻损失小,气井生产较稳定,气举效果好。通过在10口气井推广应用,取得良好的排水采气效果,经济效益和推广应用价值明显。 Interwell gas lift process and test parameters are designed for Jingbian gas field based on the characteristics of high pressure gas wells and low-pressure gas wells with water production,continuous gas circulation theory,and the principle of simple and practical modification of the process.Gas lift tests have been conducted respectively with gas injection rates of 0.3 × 10 4 m 3 / d,0.5 × 10 4 m 3 / d,1.0 × 10 4 m 3 / d and 1.2 × 10 4 m 3 / d to probe for rational gas lift parameters and verify process feasibility.The results show that the process design is feasible;the gas lift response is the best with injection rate of 1.0 × 10 4 m 3 / d;friction loss is small,and gas well production is stable.Application of the new method in 10 wells has achieved good effects in water drainage and gas production,displaying remarkable economic benefit and application value.
