摘要
为了提高封口机的封口质量和降低人们的劳动强度,对原有封口机的托盘机械传动部分和封口的部分采用步进电机驱动。本文对封口机托盘送料和封口部分的控制系统进行设计,设计出该控制系统的控制原理图、PLC等效电路图和外接线图,以及PLC控制程序,实现了该封口机的自动控制。其特点是机械传动部分简单,控制系统比较先进,人为误差较小,故障率较低,操作简单。
In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce people＇ s labor intensity, the stepper motor driving is adopted in tray me- chanical transmission part and sealing part of original sealing machines. This paper designs a control system for the parts of salver feed- ing and sealing, giving the control principle diagram, PLC equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram and PLC control program of the control system, which realizes the automatic control of the sealing machine. The improved sealing machine has the characteristics of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human errors, low fault rate and easy operation.
