摘要
医德的养成是一个长期的社会化过程,仅靠书本说教难以收到医德教育的实效。医德体验模式借助于医德目标、医德内容等相关情境,通过特定情境真实体验,使医学生产生自省、自责、自律等深层次的情感搏击,上升为医德理念,进而外化为自觉的医德行为。
The cultivation of medical ethics is a long-term socialization process, it is difficult to receive actual effects only by books or preaches. With the aid of the goal and contents of medical ethics, the experience mode makes medical students have deep emotional fights such as introspection, seff-accusation and self-discipline through real experience in specific situation, rising to the concept of medical ethics and externalizing as medical ethics behaviors consciously.
