摘要
针对螺旋板换热器易结垢、难清洗的生产难题,采用新型静电水处理器,对循环冷却水进行处理,实现节能降耗,由此对静电水处理器的应用前景做出展望。提出了静电防垢除垢的机理,并在微观上对其做出合理解释。
The coke-gas recovery and purifying system is of importance in a coke-oven plant. In the blast-cooling department for coke-gas recovery and pretreatment, spiral-plate heat exchangers are used to cool the liquid ammonia produced in the coke oven using service cooling water. The liquid ammonia cooled down is subsequently used to scrub and cool the coke gas. The cooling water quality is thus of great importance to the performance of the spiral-plate heat exchangers and the operation of the coke-gas recovery and purifying system. In this work, application of the electrostatic water treatment on spiral-plate heat exchangers in the coke-gas recovery and purifying system was described. Fundamentals of the electrostatic water treatment were analyzed. Using the electrostatic water treatment the cooling water has been treated before entering the heat exchangers. Fouling in the spiral-plate heat exchangers is thus avoided, and the performance of the heat exchangers is assured.
