摘要
文章针对探月返回器伞舱盖弹射分离后出现的物理现象,建立了伞舱盖弹射分离拉伞包过程动力学模型,复现了伞舱盖弹射分离试验中观察到的伞包追赶伞舱盖现象,比较了地面静止弹盖条件及飞行条件下拉伞包过程的异同,分析了主要设计参数对拉伞包过程的影响。研究表明,对于现有弹盖系统,伞包拉出后均存在追赶伞舱盖的现象,并且这一现象无法通过调整弹射分离速度、伞舱盖质量及连接点位置得以避免。
Based on the overtaking phenomenon during the lunar capsule's parachute container cover separating from the cabin, a dynamic model was established to analyze the parachute pack pulling procedure. The simulation results could reproduce the chasing phenomenon observed during the tests, the similarities and differences of the results of different conditions are compared, and then the influences of the major design pa- rameters are discussed. The study shows that the overtaking phenomenon, which would be inevitable if the cover separation unit uses an elastic belt to connect the cover and the pack, and could not be avoided by only adjusting the main parameters such as the separation velocity, the mass of the cover or the position of the joint.
