摘要 低温储粮是未来粮食仓储行业的发展趋势之一,然而高能耗是影响其发展的重要因素。以江苏某典型粮库为研究对象,采用eQUEST能耗分析软件对粮仓进行冷、电负荷预测,模拟了采用水源热泵系统时粮仓的能耗,分析了夏季负荷峰值日的负荷趋势图,从而找出适宜的通风时机。同时,为了更好地对比分析不同空调制冷系统的能耗,模拟了采用传统的空调系统制冷的能耗,并对所得结果进行了研究。另外,还进一步分析了围护结构不同保温层厚度对能耗的影响,为仓房的建立以及改造提供了理论依据。 Low temperature grain storage is one of the future trends of grain storage, however high energy consumption is important factor that affect its development. In this paper, take a typical grain depot in Jiangsu province as the research object, using eQUEST software of energy consumption analysis to forecast cold and electric load for granary, simulated the energy consumption of granary when using the water source heat pump system. This paper analyzes the load trend diagram for granary in peak day of summer, and finds out the suitable ventilation time. Meanwhile, in order to get better comparative analysis of different air conditioning refrigeration system, simulates energy consumption by using traditional air conditioning refrigeration system, and the results obtained had been studied. In addition, analyzes the different effects of building envelope insulation thickness on energy consumption. The above study is to provide a theoreti- cal basis for the establishment and the transformation of the barn.
