用行动学习助推学习型党组织建设

Drop-Test Plan for Landing Gear with Multi-wheels and Multi-struts

行动学习是一种伴随着信息化、全球化发展应运而生的被实践证明行之有效的学习方法,它具有合作性、主动性、参与性等特点。针对我国现阶段学习型政党建设中党员干部在学习方面存在的问题,正确运用行动学习,对于助推学习型组织建设大有裨益,如可以强化组织化团队学习意识,营造组织学习氛围,加强有效行动学习,促进个人能力和组织发展的同步提升。

Aiming at the technical requirement of drop-test of the muhi-wheel and multi-strut landing gear, via equivalent strut pitch-change test by adjusting the height difference among the struts, the probable effect on fixture rigidity due to distance increase, is eliminated to save the test cost. A set of measuring platform for multi-struts is developed to implement the load measuring of multi-struts landing gear drop-test, and a new method for rotating the muhi-whcels is applied, so as to resolve the pivotal teehnique in isochronous rotating multi-wheels. It is concluded that the result shows that the system is steady and reliable, and the test data can be eonsidered as the reference of conceptual design and theoretical research on muhi-wheel and muhi-strut landing gears design the multi-wheels and muhi-struts landing gear as well as its theoretical researching basis. The test can also afford reference for new methods and ideas for the drop test in China.
