摘要
《国家基本公共服务体系"十二五"规划》对"十二五"期间基本公共服务做了一个基础性的建构,体育位列其中,对体育基本公共服务的规划内容、规划特征进行了分析,认为"体育规划内容"突出了群众体育的地位、体现了对公平与效率的双层考量、提出了"非均衡性"的体育"均等化"发展路径。指出了"体育规划"的不足并提出了相应的建议。
The content, feature and weakness of sports planning in ＂ National Basic Public Service System in 12th Five -Year Plan＂ were discussed. Sports planning highlights the status of mass sports, embodies double consideration of fairness and efficiency and ＂ non - equilibrium＂ sports ＂equalization＂. Some deficiencies of sports planning were pointed out and appn）priate suggestions was recommended.
