体育人现代法治理念的法理解析

Jurisprudential analysis of modern law ideas of sports people

运用文献资料和案例分析等研究方法,从体育运动和体育发展的特殊性角度,指出现代法治理念与现代体育发展的制度要相契合;从体育规则意识、公民权利意识和法律至上观念3个方面,对体育人的现代法治理念进行了现实问题分析,并在此基础上,进一步对体育人现代法治理念作出了法理解析。

This paper uses methods of documentation and case analysis, from the perspective of sports particularity and sports development,points out that the modem law ideas corresponding to the institutional requirements of modern sports development. The paper analyses the practical problems on the modern law ideas of sports people from thhree aspects, i. e. , sports rules consciousness, civil rights consciousness and legal supreme idea. On this basis, this paper further made a jurisprudential analysis on the modern law ideas of sports people.
