摘要
采用实验、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,应用SCL-90临床症状自评量表和身体自我描述问卷作为评价工具,对某高校不同专业的261名大学生进行为期16周的实验教学。探讨高校公共体育课引入拓展训练教学模式的可行性以及这种教学模式对大学生心理健康和身体自我发展的影响,为高等体育教育的课程改革提供依据。研究结果发现:合理运用现有资源与环境,采用专门设计的训练项目,把拓展训练的核心理念应用到高校公共体育教学中,对大学生身体自我的认识、心理健康状况有一定的改善提高作用。
Based on the research methods of experiment, questionnaire,interview, using SCI, - 90 clinical - symptom - self - evaluating scale and the Physical Self- Descriptive Questionnaire (PSDQ) as ar, evaluation tool, experiment teaching on 261 eollege students of different majors was can'ied out for a period of 16 weeks. It explored the feasibility of applying out - ward bound and the teaching mode to improve students' psychological heahh and physical self development,and then provided some references for curriculum reform of physical education. The results showed: it can raise university students' psychological health level and improve their physical self development when applying the core concept of out - ward hound in college physical education teaching to rationally select and utilize the existing resources and environment, adopt specially designed training events.
