摘要
将40名老年女性随机分成太极组和快走组,分别进行16周,5次/周,1小时/次的太极拳和快走锻炼,使用韩国Inbody-3.0身体成分分析仪在锻炼前、后进行测试,选取体重、WHR(腰臀比)、BMI(身体质量指数)、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量、瘦体重7个指标进行描述统计。结果显示:太极拳组在体重、BMI、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标中锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),WHR指标锻炼前后差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。快走组在体重、BMI、WHR和脂肪质量指标锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),而体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标锻炼前后差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:16周的太极拳和快走锻炼均可以有效的减少体脂,降低体重;但太极拳锻炼可以更有效的增加肌肉重量和瘦体重质量。
40 elderly women were randomly divided into Tai Chi group and brisk walking group. Body weight, WHR, BMI,fat mass,fat percent, muscle mass and fat -free nlass were measured befbre and alter the 16 -week training intervention, using body composition analyzer of lnbody - 3. 0. The results show that the Tai Chi group had significant difference in BM1, body weight, fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass and lean body mass index (P 〈0.05), and the differenee in WHR index was very significant (P 〈0. 01 ). Brisk walking group was significant in body weight, BMI, WHR and fat mass index difference(P 〈0.05) , and percenttage of body fat, muscle mass and lean body mass index were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:16 weeks of Tai Chi and brisk walking exercise can effectively reduce body fat and weight,and the Tai Chi exercise can be more effective to increase muscle and lean body mass.
