摘要
分析单缸小型柴油机在用户使用过程中发生锻钢曲轴断裂的原因 ,介绍在柴油机实际生产过程中已采取并初见成效的几种防止曲轴断裂的措施 。
This paper analyzes fracture reasons of forged steel crankshaft in small single cylinder diesel engine in operation and introduces several preventive measures which achieved initial success in practical production.It also puts forward another preventive methods in research.
