模块化机械密封试验台的设计与应用

The Design and Application of Modularized Mechanical Seal Test Bed

针对频繁出现的舰船机械密封泄漏现象,为寻找故障原因和分析机械密封的性能特点,建立了可更换密封模块的机械密封试验台;并对试验台进行了主要部件的静、动态校核;最后使用此试验台对艉轴机械密封装置进行了实验,分析了密封装置各项参数之间的关系以及影响程度,并得出了相关结论;这些结论为密封装置的设计与改进提供了参考依据。

Because of lots of ship mechanical seal disclosure, a modularized mechanical seal test bed was made for finding fault cause and analyzing characteristic of mechanical seal. Then the main parts＇ static and dynamic verification of test bed were done. The tail shaft mechanical meal equipment was tested by this test bed. And the relation and influence between seal parameters were analyzed too. At last, correla- ted conclusions were drawn for providing reference to design and improvement of seal equipment.
