摘要
本工作应用透射电子显微镜研究了聚1-三甲硅基丙炔水上展开成超薄膜时,膜的形态和厚度与成膜液的浓度,成膜介质水的温度间的关系。研究结果表明:水的温度为15~20℃,成膜液的浓度为2.0~3.0%时,能形成无孔非晶超薄膜,超薄膜由三个不同厚度与形态的区域组成。
In this paper, the relationspip between morphology and thickness of the ultra—thin membrane of poly(1-trimethyl silyl propyne) (PTMSP), the concentration of PTMSP solution and the temperature of the water, which is the membrane-formed medium was studied by transmisson electron mictoscopy (TEM). When the temperature of the water was 15-20℃, the concentration of PTMSP solution was 2.0-3.0%, amorphous ultra —thin membrane without hole was formed, which was composed three regins with different thickness and morphology.
