摘要
利用有限单元法分析了 60 0MW汽轮机转子在空气强制冷却过程中高中压转子热应力场的变化情况。计算结果表明高压转子的热应力峰值较大 ,应该作为汽轮机停机强制冷却设计的主要依据。
Using finite element method,this paper analyses the thermal stresses of HP and IP rotors while the steam turbine is in forced air cooling.The result of calculation shows that HP rotator is more dangerous.HP rotor should be considered strongly in the design process of forced air cooling.
