摘要
针对如何调整钟表机构结构参数适应不同延迟解除保险时间的问题,设计一种双滑块驱动无返回力矩钟表机构,探讨擒纵轮结构对延迟解除保险时间的关系;建立三维模型,通过动力学仿真方法,得出擒纵轮直径对延迟解除保险时间的影响;结果表明:钟表机构中,擒纵轮直径的变化对延迟解除保险时间的影响比较大。
For how to adjust the parameter of clock mechanism to fit the different delay arming time, this paper designed a type of clock mechanism driven by two slide-blocks, discussed the relationship of escape-ment wheel and delay arming time, and find out the influence of delay arming time by changing the diame-ter of escapement wheel though establishing the model and dynamics analysis. The result indicates that the changing of escapement wheel diameter has its significant influence on delay arming time.
