Benefit Evaluation of Shipborne Weapon System Equipment Expenditure Based on Fuzzy Synthesis Judge Method

舰炮装备军费效益评估是一个复杂问题,涉及问题很多,而且存在部分信息不完全和不确定的问题,而模糊综合评判法是处理这类问题的有力工具。提出了利用模糊综合评判法来评估舰炮装备军费效益,建立了舰炮装备军费效益评估指标体系。模型计算结果表明,该方法简单有效。

Benefit evaluation of shipborne weapon system equipment expenditure is a complex task, in which the information about specification is incomplete and vague. The fuzzy system theory is a powerful tool to settle this kind of problems. The paper introduced the fuzzy synthesis method to evaluate the ex-penditure of shipborne weapon system equipment, established the evaluation benefit of shipborne weapon system equipment expenditure index system, which shows that the approach is effective and feasible.
