由X射线面分布图鉴别海洋气溶胶中陆地和海洋组分及其相互作用机理

The Identify of Aerosol Elements from Continent and Marine,and the Mechanism of Their Interaction with X-Ray Map

通过对气溶胶颗粒的扫描电镜观察与x射线能谱分析(包括x射线面分布与图像处理),研究气溶胶形成的机理。本文着重讨论了采集x射线面分布图时的参数选择,及对其进行的处理。通过设定阈值为消除面分布图中的背底提出了一个切实可行的方法。

The formation of aerosol particules were examined by SEM and EDS microanalysis (including x-ray map and image process sing). In this paper, how to select the parameters when acquireing x—ray map, and how to process the x—ray map were discussed. A feasible and effective method to removed the background from the x—ray map was suggested.
