三峡升船机齿条、螺母柱安装精度控制措施

摘要 针对三峡升船机齿条、螺母柱安装高精度的技术要求与特点,结合现场综合环境进行了安装方法及安装精度控制要素的详细分析,提出了适宜三峡升船机齿条、螺母柱安装的施工流程和控制措施。在工程实践中,采用基准点检测得到对齿条、螺母柱的精度控制,提出了精加工工艺螺杆配合千斤顶调整的方法作为齿条、螺母柱安装加固措施,解决了齿条、螺母柱安装中面临的各项高精度标准技术难题,为类似工程施工提供了有益的借鉴。 According to technology requirements of installation precision and characteristics of rack, nut column of Three Gorges Project ship lift, and combined with the integrated environment the installation method and installation accuracy control elements have been in detailed analysis, put forward the suitable rack, nut column installation construction process and control measures for Three Gorges Project ship lift. In engineering practice, use the test of datum point to control installation precision of the rack and nut column, put forward the method that screw of finish machining technology to cooperate with jack to readjust as reinforcement measures of installation of the rack, nut column. Thus various high precision standard technical difficulties of installation of the rack, nut column, have been solved, provides the beneficial reference for the similar engineering construction.
