摘要
介绍了用显示求解方法进行准静态压溃加速模拟的理论基础。应用LS-DYNA软件对铝合金保险杠进行准静态压溃仿真分析,试验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了铝合金保险杠有限元模型和材料模型的正确性,为进一步对铝合金保险杠结构进行优化设计奠定了基础。试验结果和仿真结果都表明:此铝合金保险杠横梁刚度较好。
The theory foundation of accelerated simulation in display solving method of quasi-static crushing is introduced. The quasi-static crushing simulation analysis of aluminum bumper is based on ls-dyna software. Test results and simulation results are in good agreement. The correctness of the fi-nite element model and material model of aluminum bumper is verified, which is the foundation of the further structure optimization design of aluminum bumper. Test results and simulation results show that the aluminum bumper beam stiffness is good.
