Analysis on the Inherent Character and Dynamic Response of the Gear System

在综合考虑刚度激励、误差激励耦合作用的基础上,首先利用Romax软件建立齿轮传动系统动力学模型,然后采用Romax软件的动态分析模块对齿轮系统进行了固有特性和动态响应分析,得出了齿轮系统的固有模态振型和在耦合激励作用下的动态响应结果,结果表明:齿轮系统在某一频率下出现了共振现象.

First, the dynamics model of the gear system is established with Romax on the basis of considering the coupling effect of gears m character and dynamic response of the gear that the inherent character and the result of eshing stiffness and transmission error. Then, the inherent system are analyzed in Romax dynamic module, as a result dynamic response in the coupling excitation are attained. The result shows that there is a resonance at one frequency in the gear system.
