摘要
教师职前教育着眼于培养理论与实践相结合的高素质教师和教育教学管理人员,必须强调实践性特点,关注教育教学实践能力的提高。在教师职前教育中,构建系统化的实践性课程体系,探寻讲授与交流相结合的教学方式,探索基于活动的专业技能训练模式等,突出了教师教育改革中的实践性特点和要求,符合教师教育改革发展的方向。
The pre-service teacher education focuses on the combination of theory and practice of training high-quality teachers and education managers. It must emphasize practical features, at- tention to student teaching practice ability. In pre-service teacher education, build systematic prac- tical curriculum, explore the combination of teaching and communication teaching methods, ex- plore the activity-based professional skills training mode, highlighting the practical teacher educa- tion reform in the characteristics and requirements, in line with teacher education reform and devel- opment direction.
