摘要
教师道德养成教育是指教师道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德行为等方面的养成。教师道德养成教育应以生命为根基,教师道德养成教育的四方面内容都凸显着生命性。如今,在生命视域下教师道德养成教育出现了异化:生命道德认知意识淡薄;生命道德情感的冷落;生命道德信仰的偏失;生命道德意志的丧失。为此,教师道德养成教育应从生命视角培养教师"知、情、意、行",的统一,从而提高教师整体生命道德素养,完善教师生命!
The teachers' morality nurturance education refers to cultivate teachers' moral cogni- tion, moral emotion, moral will and moral behavior, etc. Teachers' morality nurturance education should take life as a foundation. Four aspects of teachers' morality nurturance education content can highlight sexual life. Today, in the horizon, life of teachers' morality nurturance education ap- peared alienation: Life moral cognition of weak; Life moral feelings of neglect; Life moral belief to reasons; Life moral will to loss. To this end, teachers! morality nurturance education should de- velop the unity of teacherg cognition, feeling, meaning and lines from the life angle of view, so as to improve teachers' whole life moral accomplishment, improve the teachers' life!
