外来人口社会融合中文化与制度的影响研究——以浙江省为例

Cultural and Institutional Impact on Social Integration of Migrant Population——Case Study from Zhejiang Province

外来人口流入易融入难。论文通过探索性因子分析,将外来人口社会融合的因素划分为经济、社会公共服务制度、文化三个层面。浙江省是工业大省,外来人口在经济因素方面对社会融合的影响不大;而社会公共服务制度方面却对社会融合影响较大,应该为他们提供无差别的公共服务,解决制度方面的障碍;文化方面对社会融合的影响最大。

The migrant population is easy to inflow but difficult to integrate into a new place. Using ex- ploratory factor analysis,this paper divides the factors of the migrant population＇s social integration into three levals of economy, social public service, system and culture. In zhejiang, a large industrial province, the economic factor exerts little influence on the migrant population＇s, social integration whereas the so- cial public, service system exerts great influence. It follows that the migrant people should be provided with indisemiminate pullic srvices and the institutional barriers be broken. The cultural factor influences the migrant population＇s social integration dramatically.
