摘要
提出前置低速循环沸腾床的结构设想 ,并进行了冷模空气动力试验 ,证实此带前置分床的沸腾炉在空气动力上是容易实现的 ;并有理由认为它对于降低沸腾炉的最大热损失——飞灰带走损失是有效的 ;其可能发生的问题按照我国目前的沸腾炉运行水平来说是完全可以解决的 ,因而其热态运行也是可行的。文中还研讨了这肿沸腾炉在结构和空气动力的某些重要细节 ;提供了必要的设计参考依据。
An idea of the circulating fluidized bed with low velocity fore posited branch bed has been put forward,and tested by an aerodynamic experiment in the cold model.It proved that this two parts bed system is practicable in dynamics,and the biggest loss in fluidized bed boiler carryover loss is believed to be decreased effectively.Although there may be some problems,but they can be all solved by nowaday experience in operating in our country.Therefore it can also be practicable in operation.In this paper,some details of the construction and aerodynamics of this kind of fluidized bed boiler are discussed,and the neccesary design parameter is presented as well.
