摘要
长期以来,体育教师的专业性被认为与其他学科教师一样体现在教育学科知识上,但是,这种认识却无法解释体育教师的可替代性问题。体育教师的专业性应该表现在课程权力,即对"教什么—怎么教"的选择权上,这一假设的现实依据是新课程改革,实践依据是课程参与,而理论依据则是专业社会职能。
For a long time, PE teachers' professionalism is regarded as the subject knowledge as well as other subjects teachers, however, it cannot explain the problem of alternative of PE teachers. PE teachers' professionalism should reflect in the curriculum power, which is "teaching what and how to teach". It is based on the new curriculum reform which is the reality basis, on the curriculum participation which is practice basis, and on the professional social functions as the theoretical basis.
