地方应用型本科高校师资队伍建设研究

A Study of Teaching Staff Construction in Local Application-Oriented Universities

师资队伍建设是高校的一项系统工程建设,作为以应用型人才培养为己任的本科院校,师资队伍建设的任务尤为突出。为此,文章通过分析应用型本科院校目前师资队伍建设现状及存在的主要问题,指出了师资队伍建设的重要性,提出了在教师引进、培养等方面的举措,并对适合应用型本科院校师资队伍建设的制度创新作了进一步探讨。

Teaching staff construction reters [o syste[mc ~n~,,~ ~ er learning, especially in application-oriented undergraduate colleges which aim to train applied talents. The article analyses the current situation and main problems of teaching staff construction in application-oriented universities and points out its importance. In addition, the article proposes some measures of intro-ducing and training teachers, and makes a further discussion on system innovation for teaching staff con-struction in application-oriented universities.
