我国助学贷款政策已经有13年的发展历史。作为助学体系的重要组成部分,它在帮助家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业方面发挥了很大的作用,解决了我国贫困大学生的许多实际困难。但我国的助学贷款也面临着诸多问题与挑战,通过对问题的研究分析,探索解决方法,促进国家助学贷款的良性循环。

It＇s been 13 years since student loan policy was issued in China. This policy, as an important part of educational aid system, has played a significant role in helping students from poor families successfully complete their university study and in helping them solve many practical difficulties. However, the policy is also faced with many problems and challenges. The paper analyses its problems and explores the countermeasures so as to promote a virtuous circle of national student loans.
