摘要 高压断路器反事故措施工作存在工作繁琐、数据量大和信息实时性差等缺陷,三级反事故措施系统对保障断路器的可靠运行具有重大意义。文章基于在线监测系统数据支持,联系实际巡视和检修工作流程,采用基于浏览器的B/S结构,利用网络技术和工作流模式,建立了高效便捷的三级审核机制。该系统克服了传统三级审核的缺陷,将在线监测、反措、管理和检修集中在一个平台上,大大提高了高压断路器在线监测和反措的自动化水平。 Facing the problems of miscellaneous tasks~ huge amount of data, and poor timeliness of information in traditional anti-accident efforts of high-voltage circuit breakers, three-level anti-accident measure system provides a significant option to ensure the reliable operation of circuit breakers. In this paper, with the data support from online monitoring systems, an efficient and convenient three-level review mechanism is established in consideration of the actual inspection and maintenance processes. It adopts a three-layer B/S structure based on browser and takes the advantage of network technology and workflow model. The system overcomes the defects of the traditional three- level review, integrates online monitoring, anti-accident measures, management, and maintenance on one platform, and therefore greatly improves the automation level of online monitoring and anti-accident for high-voltage circuit breakers.
