Implementation Methods and Application of ERP Equipment Assets Liquidation for Power Grid Enterprises

针对电网企业ERP项目实施过程中设备资产数据清理难题,文章建立了设备资产数据清理流程模型,提出了"四全八法六个流程"工程实施方法论,阐述了数据清理过程中纠错和工作评估方法。该清理实施方法成功应用在辽宁电力ERP项目实施中,大大提高了设备资产清理和核对工作的效率和效益。

To fulfill the arduous task of equipment assets liquidation during implementation of ERP projects for grid enterprises, this paper builds a model of equipment assets liquidation process, and proposes a methodology of project implementation, which includes four steps, eight methods and six processes. It also describes how to correct errors and assess efforts during assets liquidation. The methodology is successfully applied in ERP project of Liaoning Electric Power Company Limited, which effectively improves the working efficiency and profit on equipment assets liquidation and check.
