摘要
目的为了进一步研究和探讨采用左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床实际治疗效果,从而为相关临床研究提供借鉴和参考。方法本文以该院2008年10月—2010年10月期间收治的196例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,随机将患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组98例患者,治疗组患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,对照组患者采用氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者采用临床治疗方法后的临床症状改善情况和临床治疗效果。结果①两组患者实施不同临床治疗方法后,各种临床症状发生率上组间比较,治疗组患者均显著地低于对照组患者水平,且P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;②总有效率组间比较,治疗组患者显著地高于对照组患者水平,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗慢性盆腔炎的实践过程中,采用左氧氟沙星进行治疗的方法具有重要的临床实际意义,是临床治疗慢性盆腔炎的可靠选择。
Objective To further study and discuss the clinical actual treatment effect of levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, so as to provide reference for clinical research. Methods 196 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010 were chosen as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 98 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Levofloxacine hydrochloride injection therapy, and patients in the control group were treated with ofloxacin and sodium chloride injection. Conclusion In the clinical practice of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, the use of levofloxacin has clinical significance methods of treatment, and it is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
