儿童接种4种疫苗后常见的不良反应调查报告

目的了解儿童接种疫苗后常见的不良反应。方法利用我院开展的百白破和卡介苗专题调查和东风公司开展的流感疫苗Ⅳ期临床观察项目资料。结果吸附百白破疫苗不良反率明显高于无细胞百白破疫苗的不良反应率,经统计学处理,P<0.001,2种疫苗不良反应有极其显著性差异。安尔来福流感裂解疫苗在4个年龄组中均出现不良反应,以成年组为最高(13.4%),幼儿组为最低(2.78%),经统计学处理,P<0.001,各年龄组不良反应有极其显著性差异。结论 4种疫苗均有不同程度的不良反应,对不良反应者进行合理治疗与护理,可以减少儿童的痛苦,降低医疗纠纷。
