摘要
随着现代医学研究的不断深入,医学形态学的研究也由定性走向定量。人们越来越迫切地需要借助组织切片的二维显微图象推算出组织或细胞的三维结构参数,从而可以精确地对组织或细胞的形态结构进行立体定量分析。这就是运用立体定量学(Stereology)的方法来分析形态结构,称为形态计量学(Morphometery)。对显微图象进行立体定量分析有专用的图象分析系统,也有与光镜或电镜联用的图象处理装置,但价格都很昂贵。因此大多采用测试格(fest grid)的方法进行立体定量分析工作。
The morphometery has been extensively applied to the ultrastructural research. But the image processing
system is very expensive, so many electron microscopist still use the testing grid method. This paper introduce a simple method for printing testing grid on microphotograph for morphometrical measurement. This method is simple, easy and convenient and the presision of measurement can be increased. Grid, complicated figure or characters are all available. It is useful to keep the picture permanently and beneficial to academic exchange.
