鼻内镜联合眉弓切口治疗额窦内翻性乳头状瘤的术后护理

Postoperative care for frontal sinus inverted papilloma treated by nasal endoscopy and eyebrow incision surgery

目的：总结鼻内镜联合眉弓小切口切开治疗额窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者的术后护理经验,探讨最佳的护理方法.方法：选择2007年1月～2012年12月5例额窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者,术后给予正确体位,加强意识、瞳孔、生命体征及术后并发症的观察和护理,及早发现术后并发症,重视术后患者的心理、饮食、疼痛、切口的护理及防止颅压增高的健康指导.结果：5例患者手术均一次成功,3个月后5例患者均感额部胀痛和鼻塞症状消失.随访1～2年,额窦引流通畅,无并发症及复发,且眉弓切口愈合好,无明显瘢痕.结论：采用鼻内镜联合眉弓小切口切开治疗额窦内翻性乳头状瘤,是一种视野直观、微创、患者易接受的治疗方法,做好术后的护理,对预防面部瘢痕、术后并发症的发生及提高患者生存质量有重要意义.

Objective：To summarize the experience of endoscopic combined with eyebrow small incision in treatment of frontal sinus inverted papilloma in patients with postoperative nursing experience,to explore the best nursing method.Methods：Chose 5 cases of frontal sinus inverted papilloma patients from January 2007 to December 2012,they were given correct posture after operation,strengthen consciousness,pupil,observation and nursing of complications of vital signs and postoperative,early detection of postoperative complications,post-operative patients psychological,diet,pain,wound care and prevention of cranial health guide hypertension.Results：5 cases operation were successful,after 3 months,5 patients were feeling forehead pain and nasal symptoms disappear.Patients were followed up for 1-2 years,frontal sinus drainage,no complications and recurrence,and eyebrow incision healing,no obvious scar.Conclusion：Nasal endoscope combined with eyebrow small incision in treatment of frontal sinus inverted papilloma,is a treatment for vision visual,mininally invasive,easy to be accepted by patients,postoperative nursing well,there are important for preventing the occurrence of facial scar,postoperative complications and improve the patients quality of life.
