护理安全干预机制在消毒供应中心管理中的应用

The application of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the central sterile supply department

目的：探讨护理安全干预机制在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果.方法：通过人员的分层次培训、程序化管理及目视管理的应用,建立有效的风险防范机制,提高人员主动管理的意识.比较对照组（2011年12月～2012年5月实施护理安全干预前）和干预组（2012年6～11月实施护理安全干预后）消毒供应物品质量、发生的护理风险及临床满意度.结果：干预组护理安全干预实施后消毒供应物品质量合格情况高于对照组（P＜0.05）,护理风险发生情况低于对照组（P＜0.05）,临床科室人员在服务态度、供应物品质量的满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：安全干预机制在护理安全管理中行之有效,值得推广及发展.

Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the central sterile supply department.Methods：Through the application of multi-level training,personnel management procedures and visual management,establish effective risk prevention mechanism,improve staff awareness of active management.Compared with control group （from December 2011 to May 2012 the implementation of nursing safety before intervention） and control group （from June to November in 2012 the implementation of nursing safety intervention） disinfection supplies quality,occurrence of nursing risk and clinical satisfaction.Results：The intervention group nursing safety intervention after the implementation of disinfection and supply goods quality better than control group （P 〈 0.05）,the occurrence of nursing risk was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05） clinical department staff in the service attitude,supply of goods quality satisfaction was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Safety intervention mechanism in nursing safety management is effective,it is worthy of promotion and development.
