血清胱抑素C和视黄醇结合蛋白检测在肿瘤诊断的价值

Diagnostic value of serum Cystatin C and retinol binding protein in tumor

目的通过对肿瘤患者血清中胱抑素C(Cys C)和视黄醇结合蛋白的浓度检测,探讨Cys C和视黄醇结合蛋白在肿瘤患者肾功能损害诊断中的临床意义。方法采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法在奥林巴斯AU480全自动生化分析仪上分别检测血清样本中Cys C和视黄醇结合蛋白的浓度。结果肿瘤患者血清样本中Cys C和视黄醇结合蛋白的浓度明显高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤患者血清Cys C和视黄醇结合蛋白的阳性检测率均在65.0%左右。结论血清Cys C和视黄醇结合蛋白的浓度检测可优先作为诊断肿瘤患者肾功能损害程度的检测指标,其浓度变化对肿瘤患者肾损害病情监测的具有重要意义。

Objective To discus the diagnostic value of serum Cystatin C（Cys C）and retinol binding protein（RBP）for the diagnosis of kidney injury in patients with tumor.Methods Serum Cys C and RBP were detected on AU480automatic biochemical analyzer with latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method.Results Serum levels of Cys C and RBP in tumor patients were higher than healthy subjects（P0.05）.The positive rates of Cys C and RBP were both around 65.0%.Conclusion Serum Cys C and RBP could be preferable indicators for the diagnosis of kidney injury in patients with tumor,and might be with great significance for the monitoring of disease progression.
