The Reader's Service Work in the Library of Nankai University in Early Ages

本文通过对早年南开大学图书馆读者服务工作的回顾 ,从三个方面谈了该馆“公开书库制度”、“开展参考咨询工作”及“读活书 ,不要读死书”的经验 ,并从发展的角度 ,对后人如何借鉴前人的经验 ,做了深入的思考。

Through the retrospect of the reader services in the library of Nankai University in the early ages,the paper expounds the library's experience in three respects as opening stackroom system,promoting reference inquiry service and utilizing documents flexibly.Then from the angle of developing,the paper contemplates how to learn a lesson from predecessors' experence.
