摘要 采用问卷调研法对西安以及北京部分高校理科双语教学情况进行调查分析发现:虽然双语课程的数目在逐渐增多、规模在稳步扩大,但是双语教学的质量不容乐观,双语教师的数量不足以及高质量双语教师的匮乏是影响双语教学质量的两大因素。高校可通过"校内选拔,重点培养青年教师"、"鼓励留学生担任双语教师"、"建立兄弟院校合作体系以及加大教师培训、督导力度"等途径提高双语教师的质量。 A survey was conducted by questionnaires about bilingual teaching of science in some universities in both Xi'an and Beijing. The research shows that although the number of bilingual prngraw^s gradually increases and the size steadily expands, the quality of bilingual teaching is not optimistic. There are still not enough bilingual teachers, especially the high - quality bilingual teachers. These are the two major factors that affect the quality of bilingual teaching. The paper puts forward the methods to enhance the quality of bilingual teachers. First, choose teachers in universities and focus on the training of young teachers; second, encourage oversea students to be bilingual teachers;third. Establish the cooperation with brother colleges and strengthen the teachers' training and supervision on teachers.
