主体性思想政治教育视域下志愿服务与大学生服务意识主体性发展

On the Subjectivity Development of Voluntary Service and the Service Awareness of College Students from the Perspective of Subjectivity-Oriented Ideological and Political Education

主体性思想政治教育视域下,志愿服务是高校思想政治教育的平台,志愿精神是大学生思想政治教育的内容,挖掘并实现志愿服务的主体性思想政治教育功能,促进并引导大学生从志愿精神到服务意识的主体性发展,对于增强思想政治教育活力、丰富思想政治教育内涵具有现实意义。大学生服务意识的培养与转化途径包括:在激励中提升自我效能感,在引导中完善主体人格,在工作中培养服务能力。

Volunteerism is the content of ideological and political education, which brings out the realizes the functions of subjec tive ideological and political education of voluntary service, promotes and guides the transition from voltmteerism to subjectivity development of service awareness, and is of great practical significance in strengthening the vitality of ideological and political education and enriching the con notation of ideological and political education. The cultivation of students＇ service awareness and the transition means include： enhancing the self efficiency through stimulation, consummating the main characters in the guidance and cultivating the service capability during the work.
