摘要
通过查阅相关书籍文献及国外指南,依据美国儿科学会建议及Hale博士的分级方法对高血压患者哺乳期用药进行评价。在高血压治疗的常用药物中,硝苯地平、普萘洛尔、ACEI类药物及甲基多巴等对母亲及乳儿影响较小,应用相对较安全。哺乳期需治疗的高血压患者,医护人员需考虑哺乳期药物使用的安全性和毒性的问题,权衡利弊,制定最合适的治疗方案。
The use of antihypertensive drugs in lactation patients was evaluated on the basis of the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations and Dr Hale＇s classification method. Among the antihy pertensive drugs, nifedipine, propranolol, ACEI drugs and methyldopa are safer than the others. We should master the drug use in lactation women to achieve safety and avoid toxicity.
